The user acknowledges using the information and tools available on the Site under their sole responsibility.

Personal Data Protection

In accordance with applicable regulations, CALYP implements the processing of personal data.

The Publisher informs the user of the implementation of processing of personal data concerning them, intended for authorized members of CALYP, as well as the Publisher and its subcontractors.

The user has the right to object, the right to restriction, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to portability, and the right to erasure of their data.

The user also has the right to give instructions to the Publisher regarding the fate of their data after their death.

The Publisher may retain non-customer user personal data for prospecting purposes for a period of three years from collection or last contact.

Within the framework of the energy savings certificates financing scheme, customer user data will be retained in the active database for the time necessary to process administrative files, then transferred within 6 months to an intermediate database with limited access for a period of 6 years from the filing date, as required by the National Energy Savings Certificate Authority.

To exercise their rights, the user must send a letter to CALYP accompanied by a photocopy of a signed identity document to the email address contact@adelinetoniutti.com.

The Publisher will respond to the user's request as promptly as possible, provided the request is sufficiently precise and contains all the elements necessary to respond.

Intellectual Property

The Publisher holds the intellectual property rights to the Site as a whole, as well as to each of its component elements taken independently (including, but not limited to: its graphic charter, its site map, its navigation interfaces, its databases, newsletters, specific programs and developments, content including data, texts, articles, still or animated images, files, etc.).

The trademarks and logos appearing on the site are trademarks registered by CALYP or by third parties. Any reproduction, imitation or use, total or partial, of these distinctive signs without express authorization and in violation of the prohibitions provided for in Articles L.713-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code incurs the liability of their author.

Other distinctive signs, in particular company names, trade names, signs, domain names reproduced on the site are the property of CALYP or third parties, and any reproduction without express authorization may constitute misappropriation incurring the liability of its author under Article 1240 of the French Civil Code.
